The primary objective is to increase the growth of international sales through existing and new distributors. This will be achieved through building close working relationships with distributors and conducting market research:
Relations
Problem solving for distributors
Marketing
Assist distributors with their marketing plans
Monitor the execution of the marketing plans/sales performance
Collect feedback from international marketing activities
Determining activities/products that could help distributors increase international sales
Research & Sales
Researching market potential
Research market position and price point
Research competition and determine position with regards to them
Finding/selection of potential distributors
Targeting of potential distributors
Follow up on interested distributors
Price and conditions negotiations
Negotiating distribution agreements
The Ideal Student:
* Excellent English language skills both, written and spoken;
* Good knowledge of another European language
* An interest in marketing of cosmetic beauty products;
* You should have an outgoing, flexible and enthusiastic personality;
* Ideal applicants will be from an International
* Business/Marketing/Trade or Languages degree student;
* In order to be selected, the students will attend a direct interview through Internet and then will have to send a brief proposal on the way they would proceed if they were chosen.
* Accommodation expenses will be paid for by the host company.
