The Host Company

The Host Company is based in the exciting City of Sheffield in Yorkshire. They are an international organisation operating in the Hygiene and Pest Control Markets.

The company is aiming to establish its Marketing department and drive Marketing to the forefront of the business. It is looking for applicants that will help provide long term growth and sustainability heading into 2012. 

The Placement

The host organisation are looking for an intern to assist them with web design and marketing activities. The tasks of the role will include the following:

·          Assisting Marketing Communications and SEO by writing non-English content with the website

·          Design and support of marketing materials

·          Research of the market and distribution channels in HQ's export markets

·          Administrative tasks

The Ideal Student

·          Fluent English

·          Language skills in Italian

·          Practical web design experience would be relevant and experience in SEO desirable

·          Experience of MS Office and other ICT packages.

·          Analytical skills. The role will involve some analytical work and reporting figures.

·          Self motivation and teamwork.

·          Ability to work in a small team and to strict deadlines.

·          Flexibility

This is not a role for someone who just wants to make up the numbers and will hopefully offer an exciting and varied role.
