The Host Company

The host company is involved in the property business within the City of London. They are the owners of a luxury penthouse building in the City that is hired out to various media customers for such things as photo shoots, interviews and filming.

In addition to managing the penthouse and its bookings the company are also involved in the sale of property investment courses on the internet.

The Placement

During your placement you will work on the promotion of a luxury penthouse in the centre of London used for celebrity interviews, music video's, films, shoots etc. With your creative and outgoing approach you will get to work on promoting this venue and create a Business Plan.

This will involve communicating with advertisers of the property to ensure that all their photography and text is appropriate and up to date.

You will also be involved in the production of a viability plan to assess the possibility of expanding the business to include events management for such things as product launches and corporate events in a further events base in Central London. Once viability has been established you will create a detailed business plan for progressing this idea. For this it is essential that you are fully experienced in all aspects of business and financial planning and forecasting.

In addition to this you will also be involved in general administration tasks essential to the day to day operations of the organisation, alongside the promotion of property investment courses using internet affiliate marketing.

This is highly responsible role involving developed skills. For the right student, with a high skill level and business planning ability, this will be a rewarding role in a dynamic city environment.
